Marketing / Pubblic Relations

Responsibilities :

  • Establishes marketing goals to ensure share of market and profitability of products
  • Implement, develop and manage strategy and preposition, corporate Affair in supporting on Brand Activity.
  • Determine and manage the marketing budget and deliver marketing activity within agreed budget 
  • Work closely with sales management team, in the development and execution of the channel plan. 
  • Develops and executes marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to ensure the profit growth
  • Initiate, control and monitor Channel Development to support sales and operation (above-the-line and below-the-line campaign) 
  • Analyze the market potential and profitability of various products and develop strategies to achieve the highest sales volume. 
  • Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities 
  • Report on return on investment and key performance metrics 
  • Drive overall CRM and direct marketing.

Merchandising & Purchasing

Responsibilities :

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or other related fields
  • At least 3 - 5 years'experience for Asst.Manager and at least 8 years for Manager in direct experience of luxury fashion and accessories
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Excellent in computer skills (Ms. Excel), working knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Commit to deadline, well plan-organized person, enthusiasm
  • Able to be a good team player and/or independently, self-motivated
  • Positive thinking, result-oriented, flexible, able to work in a dynamic company, like to work with other, active and focus on growth
